We operate a Critical Care transport ambulance staffed by a Critical Care Nurse, Critical Care Paramedic, and an EMT driver. The program features state-of-the-art equipment, including a specialized ambulance, so our clinicians can provide the most advanced ground transport care.
As a Nevada-licensed, post-secondary educational institute, we offer EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, certification and recertification courses. Each month, we educate more than 1600 students through continuing and public education courses. All levels of per diem educators are needed.

Provide evidence-based care over the phone as a registered nurse. Enjoy variable shifts, employer-paid licensing requirements, and progressive responsibilities. Ideal candidates have three to five years of medical/surgical experience.
Develop your technical Search and Rescue skills, while providing Advanced Medial Life support. Work alongside the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office and respond to all types of rescues, including backcountry, high/low angle rope, mine, swift water, dive team, and helicopter hoist rescues.
Our Special Events team provides EMS services for more than 700 events per year ranging from small gatherings to week long celebrations. This team is agile, flexible and offers specialized care and vehicles to match the needs of the event — including an Advanced Life Support bike team.
