Over the last 50 years, emergency medical services have come a long way. REMSA Health recognizes that while we are here to respond to medical emergencies, there is a growing population of vulnerable patients who call 911 because they don’t have any one else to call or they don’t know who else to call. Many of these patients benefit from alternatives to traditional ambulance response and emergency department transport. Our Integrated Health division is dedicated to developing sustainable and evidence-based strategies to manage these low-acuity 911 calls for service to improve care delivery and achieve the Healthcare Quadruple Aim.
