Immunizations, Insurance and Injury Prevention
Boost your child’s health and safety – join us at Give Kids a Boost! Community organizations, including REMSA, are offering health and safety services, including immunizations for children ages 4-18, safety resources, insurance enrollment, fluoride varnishes, and more!
Most services provided are free or low cost. If you have health insurance, including Nevada Checkup and Medicaid, please bring your insurance card and immunization records.
