It is with heavy hearts that we share that a respected and treasured member of the REMSA Health/Care Flight team, Shannon Petty, RN Supervisor passed away on Sunday, October 24.

While Shannon’s diagnosis was recent and progressed faster than expected, Shannon was able to spend her final days, with her family and her dogs, on Orcas Island, Washington – a place she cherished.

Shannon’s connections to the healthcare and first-response community across the region run deep. We know that colleagues from many agencies and organizations will grieve this loss. On behalf of the organization, we are sending our deepest condolences to Shannon’s husband, family, colleagues, and friends.
