Information Technology Administrator I
In coordination with the IT team, provides customer focused Information Technology support to all areas of the organization. This position will have focused primary & secondary duties within a combination of these knowledge areas; server administration, application support, desktop and other tier one support, hardware support, network administration and business systems analysis. Additionally, this position works closely with the Manager of Information Technology in developing, implementing and evaluation of ongoing IT policies, programs, systems, projects and initiatives.
Qualifications/ Experience Requirements
• A minimum of three (3) years information technology experience working with 150+ end-user base is required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Prior server administration experience working within a virtualized environment desired
• Prior experience with application support, in both a hosted and local environment desired
• A strong track record of troubleshooting and solving hardware, software and communication issues is required
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communication skills is required
• Excellent research and analytical skills required
• Must be able to deal with sensitive information in a discrete and professional manner
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must seek continual improvement within our systems, policies and practices
• Must remain abreast of technology trends and techniques
• Must be willing to provide 24/7 support in times of emergency
• A+ certification desired but not required
