Opportunity:

We are currently hiring four (4) part time EMT/Special Events EMT. This position will work to provide basic life support at the EMT level for local small and large-scale events to include the Reno Rodeo, Great Reno Balloon Races, Rib-Cook Off, concerts, Reno Aces Baseball games, UNR basketball and football games, and many more! In addition, this position will have an opportunity to be trained as an EMT in our ILS & ALS divisions.

Shift Openings (must be available during these days/times):

• Friday/Saturday, Swing Shift (15-20 hrs per week)
• Sunday/Monday, Swing Shift (15-20 hrs per week)

Requirements:

• Current State of Nevada EMT certification required.
• Ability to obtain Ambulance Attendant License with the State of Nevada upon hire.
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification required.
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Able to accept direct oversight from a Paramedic.
• Maintains a positive working attitude.
• Self-starter requiring little oversight.
• Must be adaptable to change and able to function in a team-based management structure.
• Must have ability to attend our Company orientation and field training academy.
